Special Orders not picked up within 20 days will result in deposit/forfeiture. This receipt is required for pick-up of all special orders.
RETURN POLICY: Original receipt required. No returns or exchanges after 15 days. Eligible items must be unused, unworn, uninstalled, in original condition, and in original packaging. All approved returns are subject to inspection and may be issued as store credit, exchange, or refund at Motorcycles of Miami’s discretion. Up to 30% restocking fee may apply. Final sale: electrical items, special orders, helmets, installed/used/worn/damaged items, clearance/closeout/final-sale items, opened chemicals/fluids/batteries, and items without receipt. Special order deposits are non-refundable once ordered. Special orders not picked up within 20 days of customer notification may result in deposit forfeiture and/or cancellation.
